About the Cabins
The cabins were built in the 1950's and underwent extensive remodeling in 1995, essentially restoring them to their original warm cozy feeling. The original knotty pine walls and cabinetry remain but have aged to a deep golden hue. The wood burning stone fireplaces also were untouched. Kitchens and bathrooms were updated, carpets and furniture replaced, but the decor was kept in the "mountain cabin" tradition. Decks were added to the two bedroom cabins in 1997. Most of our cabins have a view of the lake or are lakeview cabins.
